Welcome to Scape360 Property Management Ltd. (“Scape360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including land clearing and landscaping, utility management, equipment procurement, estate security services, fees collection and administration, building maintenance, and professional property services. By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Scape360 provides comprehensive property management solutions tailored to the needs of estates, gated communities, real estate developers, and individual property owners in Nigeria and through our international partnerships in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Singapore, and other countries. Services include, but are not limited to, land clearing, security system installation, utility coordination, financial administration, building maintenance, and equipment procurement. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a customized service agreement provided during the consultation process. Scape360 reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice to clients.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their property or estate needs during the free consultation process to ensure Scape360 can deliver tailored solutions. You agree to grant Scape360 and its personnel or contractors reasonable access to the property for service execution. Clients must comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations, as well as any local estate or community guidelines. Failure to provide necessary information or access may result in delays or additional costs, for which Scape360 will not be liable.
3. Payment Terms
Scape360 provides transparent pricing through detailed proposals with no hidden fees, as agreed upon in the service agreement. Payment terms, including deposits and installment schedules, will be specified in the agreement and tailored to the project’s scope. All payments must be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or other agreed-upon currencies for international transactions, subject to applicable exchange rates. Late payments may incur additional charges, and Scape360 reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are cleared.
4. Liability and Warranties
Scape360 is committed to delivering high-quality services using advanced equipment sourced from trusted global suppliers. We offer a one-year warranty on labor for maintenance and technical services, as specified in the service agreement. However, Scape360 is not liable for damages caused by client negligence, misuse of equipment, or unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, currency fluctuations). Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, and we carry comprehensive insurance to cover operational risks.
5. Termination and Dispute Resolution
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement. Scape360 reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts, with Lagos as the primary venue. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All materials, processes, and equipment designs provided by Scape360 remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information provided during consultations or service execution, except as required by law. Clients agree not to reproduce or distribute Scape360’s proprietary materials without prior written consent.
7. Modifications to Terms
Scape360 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
